We gladly accept back your items within 14 days of you receiving your item(s). Personalized, monogrammed, and custom made items are final sales. To send an item back:
1) Email MonogrammedGiftBoutique at info@monogrammedgiftboutique.com to obtain a RA number.
2) Send your item back via an insured and trackable method.
3) Once we receive your item, we will post a refund to the credit card you originally purchased your items with. |
